Denise, Luigi and Anna have passionately (and with the help of skilled technicians and local craftsmen) restored the old (the original construction dates back to 1300-1400) stone “Casale” (hence the historical name of the farmhouse) which now hosts their home and the farmstay with 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a small restaurant.

The building has been renovated in full respect of the ancient structures and original materials, according to the best standards of environmental sustainability and with maximum use of renewable and clean energy sources such as photovoltaic panels, solar collectors and wood-fired boiler.

The farm, entirely dedicated to certified organic farming, has a large vegetable garden and an orchard (at the service of the farm), an olive grove (700 trees of prevailing excellent local “Correggiolo” variety) for the production of an unmistakable organic extra virgin olive oil , a cultivation of lavender (lavandula angustifolia) of 7,000 plants from which a very fragrant organic essential oil and a regenerating aromatic water are extracted, a selection of aromatic and medicinal plants, in particular rosemary.
